Freshwater Bay in the Strait of Juan de Fuca

This popular trip is a favorite paddle by many locals. This guided trip will be informative and fun,our guides are more than happy to share their knowledge of the Olympic Peninsula, including but not limited to the history, geology, inner tidal-life, flora and fauna. Keep your eyes open as you explore the rugged coastline of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Sea Lions, Bald Eagles, Harbor Seals, Otters, tend to frequent the area and on some occasions we may see Gray Wales and Orcas.

ALL Sea Kayaking guided trips receive FREE clothing rentals…NO ADD ONs and our rates cannot be beat! Also, you have your choice between a sit inside kayak or a sit on top kayak. With little or no experience, we find a sit on top kayaks add a level of comfort by not being trapped inside your boat. It’s your choice and we have an excellent selection!

A sea kayak is a more stable kayak and paddling is easy to learn. We will guide you through techniques for effective paddling, offer safety information, and go at a pace that ensures your enjoyment of the experience.
We like to keep our group sizes small so our trips do tend to book up, our group sizes are typically 4-8 guests per guide (depending on the group).
